Snow today

It snowed a lot this morning and I managed to get a few pics in before it turned to rain and washed it all away (as usual) :(

Bearded hat

Well I made the bearded hat from the fabulous pattern that I posted the link to yesterday. Here it is and my model is a boy doll my Mum bought and gave me last Christmas. I think she thought he would make a great surrogate Grandchild for me because I'm desperate for one. My kids are so mean! I love how it turned out anyway. Not sure there's a market for them though :/

Crocheted Sock Monkey

I've just finished making this cheeky little monkey. I crocheted it from a fabulous pattern on this very talented lady's blog. Love it! It would make a great little mascot for a Tangerine supporter.

Great Night Out

I was watching this programme last night and a great catchy song came on. I just had a look for it on youtube and found it. Fabulous!

Freeeeeezing!

My Goodness it's bloomin' cold! Went to Stanley Park this afternoon and now I just can't warm up. Had a nice time though with Aniello and Mum. I think it did us all good to get out for a while and have a little walk. I took a few photo's.............not as many as I usually do. I'm trying not to wear this new camera out like I did my last one ;) We went inside the Visitor Centre for the first time ever and it was wonderful. They had a nice little exhibition on about the Illuminations and we even got to pose with the switch that all those fabulous stars have used to turn the lights on! Never expected that :)
